Long Beach, CA – In case you missed it, U.S. Senator Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) attended a student roundtable at Long Beach City College where students shared the main issues at the forefront of their minds.
During the roundtable, Schiff discussed his ongoing efforts to spur development of more housing, the impact of the administration’s mass deportation agenda, students’ access to mental health services, and his efforts to bring down the cost of living.
As Senator for the state with the highest public-school enrollment and with the largest community college system in the nation, Schiff has been visiting community colleges across California. Most recently, he visited Barstow Community College and San Bernardino Valley College.
