WRDA & EPA WATER FORMS

Senator Schiff is now accepting requests for EPW’s water legislation. The WRDA form is an opportunity for groups to request authorized federal funding for specific Army Corps water infrastructure projects for WRDA as well as policy recommendations for how the Army Corps manages such projects. The EPA form is an opportunity to request general policy recommendations, authorized programmatic funding levels, and suggested priority areas of focus for EPA water programs. Feel free to use the EPA form to highlight any areas of policy that are important to your organization and stakeholders. Note that requests to support individual projects are only acceptable for the WRDA (Army Corps) portion. Requests for supporting specific projects through EPA’s programs cannot be entertained. Senators Padilla and Schiff look forward to the opportunity to secure funding for and advocate on behalf of the state of California.
